As hard as we work to make sure that your experience with Sunshine Days is as bug-free as possible, there will sometimes be a few pesky bugs that get through, and that's exactly when we need your help.
Key information that you can include in these reports for us are:
- The Device you're playing on
- The OS version of your device (for Android devices this would be the Android Version and similarly for iOS devices it would be the iOS Version - you can find both of these in your device's settings menu)
- A description of your experience, when and where it happened, what happened
- An image or video isn't compulsory, but it does help a lot so feel free to attach a file up to the maximum size of 25mb
- Your PlayerID String - this is a really important one that allows us to see the data of your character. Not to be confused with your sharecode, it can be copied from inside the settings menu accessed by hitting the button on your profile picture on the social screen (see the screenshot below). Hit the copy button and then paste it into the PlayerID section in your ticket.
