Sometimes some of our iOS users see the following popup when they start the game:
This means that we've not been able to log you in with your Game Center account. Sometimes this is just a blip and trying again a few times will be successful. If you still see the issue after trying again, don't panic - there should hopefully be an easy solution! Try the following:
- Log out of your Game Center account through your device's settings menu, then log back in. Try reopening Sunshine Days after you've logged back in - this has fixed the issue for multiple players who have reported this issue!
- If the step above doesn't work, this issue can be caused by an unstable network connection so our advice is to play on a wifi connection instead of using mobile data and to move as close to the router as you can to ensure a more stable connection.
