Sometimes some of our iOS users see the following popup when they start the game:

This means that we've not been able to log you in with your Game Center account. Sometimes this is just a blip and trying again a few times will be successful. If you still see the issue after trying again, don't panic - there should hopefully be an easy solution! Try the following:

  1. Log out of your Game Center account through your device's settings menu, then log back in. Try reopening Sunshine Days after you've logged back in - this has fixed the issue for multiple players who have reported this issue!
  2. If the step above doesn't work, this issue can be caused by an unstable network connection so our advice is to play on a wifi connection instead of using mobile data and to move as close to the router as you can to ensure a more stable connection.
