Have you lost your character and now your account is linked to a brand new character? Okay as much as we all love playing through this game, starting all over again is definitely less than ideal! But don't worry - what if I told you we can get your old character back for you - because that's what I'm telling you!

All we need from you is your PlayerID from your new character - contact our support here and make sure you include it in the support ticket. If you have the PlayerID or sharecode from your old character that would be also be super helpful to include in the ticket as it will speed up the process of us finding your old character, but if not that's totally fine! 

What we'll do is transfer your old character's data onto your new PlayerID, so it's very important that you also make sure your Game Center or Google Play account is linked to this new character so you don't end up losing it again!
